The Magic of Fermentation

The Magic of Fermentation

For thousands of years, humans have fermented and pickled vegetables to survive long, hard winters. Before fridges, planes and all-year-round foods, our ancestors relied on these simple techniques to preserve food rich in vitamin C to sustain them throughout the hard winter months, when fresh produce was scarce.

This workshop invites you to reconnect with that deep-rooted human tradition.

Join nutrition coach and former chef Amandine as she guides you through the art of vegetable fermentation. You’ll learn how this time-honoured practice can still support gut health, immunity and overall wellbeing today.

Slow down, get your hands dirty and experience fermentation the way humans have for generations, then take it home and make it part of your daily life.
