Yoga.
Join us for daily yoga classes in our fully-equipped and far-infrared-heated studio. Yoga is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, mobility, strength building and cultivating mindfulness. There are various styles and approaches to yoga, each emphasising different aspects of the practice.
Calisthenics.
Calisthenics is a form of functional fitness training which utilises the body's own weight to build strength, mobility and balance through a variety of movements; from pull-ups, push-ups and squats to dynamic gymnastic-style movements.
Massage is a nurturing therapy that supports both body and mind, easing physical tension whilst promoting deep relaxation and emotional balance.

Join us for brunch Monday to Saturday between 11am and 2pm and enjoy healthy, wholesome food in a calm and relaxed setting.

Contrast Therapy.
Contrast therapy, often called “hot and cold therapy”, involves alternating between heat and cold. This technique stimulates circulation, reduces muscle soreness, speeds up recovery and boosts the immune system. The heat relaxes muscles and opens blood vessels, while the cold reduces inflammation and tightens them, creating a pumping effect that flushes out toxins and revitalises the body.
Floatation Therapy.
Floatation therapy offers a deeply restorative experience where you effortlessly float in warm, mineral-rich water, helping to relieve stress, ease muscle tension, improve sleep and give your body and mind a complete reset.

We offer regular wellness retreats designed to immerse you in self-care, giving you the chance to reset, recharge, or explore a particular skill or topic in depth. At Mind Body Lab, we offer bespoke wellness events for companies and private groups, from corporate wellness days to personalised retreats for family and friends. These experiences can include yoga, meditation, wholesome lunches, sound baths, and practical tools to calm the mind, encourage movement, and prioritise wellbeing — leaving everyone feeling relaxed, inspired, and rejuvenated.
