Yoga is a holistic practice and way of life that originated in Asia and encompasses physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and ethical principles (yama and niyama) along with other esoteric practices. It aims to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being, fostering a harmonious connection between the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, improving flexibility, building strength and cultivating mindfulness.

There are various styles and approaches to yoga, each emphasising different aspects of the practice. All our yoga classes are 60 minutes long and we offer different levels of class, so there's something for everyone; from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We recommend beginners start with beginner or gentle classes, to hone breath control and understand the foundations of the practice before committing to stronger, faster-paced classes.
