Through a live cooking demo and shared tasting, you’ll learn how choosing plant-based foods can support your health, reduce harm to animals and nourish a more compassionate lifetstyle. Everyone is welcome, weather you’re exploring Veganuary, looking to improve your wellbeing or simply hoping to connect with open-minded people over good food and meaningful conversations.
