Join us in honouring the Summer Solstice and celebrating International Yoga Day with the powerful and traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

The number 108 shows up regularly in nature and holds deep significance in yoga and across many spiritual traditions, symbolising wholeness, unity and the connection between the individual and the universe. Completing 108 Sun Salutations is seen as a moving meditation, a way to detox the body, steady the mind and reset your energy as we begin our journey towards the winter.

This practice is often done at key points of the year, such as the Summer Solstice, to mark change, release what no longer serves and create space for new intention.

You’re invited to take on this challenge in your own way:

✨ Dedicate it to someone you love
✨ Honour someone you’ve lost
✨ Or simply show up and see what unfolds

Guided by Karina, who has held space for this practice almost every solstice, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Her approach places a strong focus on breath awareness and control, helping you find a steady rhythm that turns the practice into something deeply meditative.

There will be variations offered at the beginning of the practice, making it accessible for those who may find getting up and down from the floor challenging. This is not about perfection, it’s about presence.

As the rounds build, something shifts…
The mind quiets, the body warms and you drop into a meditative flow state. Many are surprised by how quickly the time passes and by the end, you’ll feel a shift in your energy, a sense of peace and a genuine sense of achievement.

This is a beautiful, shared experience; a chance to move and breathe as one, and to connect with others whilst marking this powerful time of year.
