We're at the far end of King's Road. If you're coming through Calf Heath village, keep going on King's Road, over the little white bridge and we're on the right-hand side, just past Queen's Road.
If you're using Google Maps, just click here and you'll be brought straight to us or just seach for "Mind Body Lab" in the app. If coming via the M6, we recommend you stay on until Junction 12. We recommend you avoid Latherford Lane - This is a single track road full of potholes and not suitable for your average car. Arrive via Calf Heath village if you can and when you leave, turn left out of our main gates. Please drive carefully and be mindful of local wildlife.

We opened the doors to Mind Body Lab on 4th April 2022. We are a holistic health centre and community café based in Calf Heath, North Wolverhampton; serving Wolverhampton, Cannock and surrounding areas. We offer daily yoga classes, calisthenics (bodyweight training/functional fitness) classes and regular health-related workshops and events. Our cafe, Canalside Kitchen, is open for brunch Monday-Saturday 11am-2pm. Our private, gated retreat venue is set on an acre of land, in a quiet and tranquil location with access to a private lake.
Join our growing community of like-minded people as we explore our world, both inner and outer, together. Through classes, workshops, events and retreats, our aim is to bring to our community the latest in health and wellness with passionate teachers, coaches and therapists. No woo-woo, just science-backed health and wellness hacks to help empower you with you and your family's health.

Karina Grubisic - Founder & Senior Yoga Teacher
Join Karina, our founder and senior yoga teacher, as she guides you towards a more conscious way of living by exploring movement, breath control, meditation and philosophy in her beautiful classes. Karina is renowned for having a very unique style of teaching, shaped by almost 2 decades of spiritual practice, study and discipline. Combining that with her passion for movement, Karina seeks to empower and build resilience in her students with a blend of technical precision and meditative guidance. Drawing from her own personal journey, Karina shares the techniques, knowledge and wisdom that have served her well on her on path.
Sam Lloyd - Yoga Teacher
Join Sam on Saturday mornings for his Meditate & Move class, a class that combines a good amount of time exploring meditation techniques and physical postures. Yoga has helped Sam become more aware of how he is living his life and the power he has to make change. Through the practise, Sam is finding the tools to live life to the fullest through the exploration of mind, body and breath. Join Sam to find stillness of mind and ease of movement through strength and flexibility.
Karen Ondrak-Wright - Yoga Teacher
Karen discovered yoga fairly late in life; at the age of 42 she stepped on a yoga mat for the first time & hasn't looked back since! It was love at first Asana and a drive to share the magic of yoga led her into teaching. Now with eight years teaching experience under her belt she specialises in Vinyassa type classes with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. Karen prides herself on making her classes accessible, offering modifications & using props to help her students discover what their wonderful bodies can do! When you enter Karen's class, you can expect a warm welcome with a smile, sometimes a giggle but most of all, a comfortable space to simply be your authentic self.
